This Time Warner Wireless Modem DG1670 DOCSIS 3.0 Data Gateway is a 16x4 advanced gateway product. The DG1670 Time Warner wireless modem combines a 4-port Gigabit Router and 802.11n wireless access point with two independent simultaneously operating 802.11n radios into a single device capable of support both home and small office applications. Operators strive to push the limits on DOCSIS 3.0 performance delivered to the customer with both the Ethernet and the wireless interfaces. The two 802.11n radios create two concurrently operating wireless networks on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands. The improved antennas provide increased flexibility and throughput and deliver unprecedented performance while also offering improvements in home coverage above those of previous technologies.
